Adding Email Alerts
In TrackSub, email alerts are enabled by default as long as you have confirmed your email.
The default alert is set to 7 days before renewal, payment date, contract expiry, refund deadline or payment method expiry.
If you’d like to change this, please read the instructions below.
Customizing Email Alert Settings
To customize your email alerts, first:
Head over to the Settings page in the header
Click on the Alerts option on the left-hand menu
Make your changes
Click the Update button to finish updating your email alert settings
