Adding Email Alerts

In TrackSub, email alerts are enabled by default as long as you have confirmed your email.

  • The default alert is set to 7 days before renewal, payment date, contract expiry, refund deadline or payment method expiry.

  • If you’d like to change this, please read the instructions below.

Customizing Email Alert Settings

To customize your email alerts, first:

  1. Head over to the Settings page in the header

  2. Click on the Alerts option on the left-hand menu

  3. Make your changes

  4. Click the Update button to finish updating your email alert settings
