To reactivate a previously canceled or expired subscription, trial or lifetime purchase, first:
- Navigate to the Subscriptions page
- Click on the Cancelled / Expired option on the left-hand menu
- Hover over the item that you want to reactivate and click the menu button on the right
- Then click the Reactivate button
Don’t forget to check the payment date after reactivating (as it may be out of date)
