Adding Email Alerts
In TrackSub, email alerts are enabled by default as long as you have confirmed your email.
- The default alert is set to 7-days before renewal, payment date, contract expiry, refund deadline or payment method expiry.

Customizing Email Alert Settings
To customize your email alerts, first:
- Head over to the Settings page in the header
- Click on the Alerts option on the left-hand menu
- Make your changes
- Click the Update button to finish updating your email alert settings
