To cancel a subscription, trial or lifetime purchase, first:
- Navigate to the Subscriptions page
- Hover over the item that you want to cancel and click the menu button on the right
- Then click the Cancel button
- Make sure that you’ve selected the correct item
- Then click the Cancel button to finish cancelling your item
