Head over to the Settings page in the header

Then navigate to the Password page

Enter your current password in the Old Password field

Enter your New Password

Then click the Change Password button to update your password

Head over to the Login page

Click on Forgot your password?

Enter your email address and click the Reset password button

You will then recieve an email with some instructions to reset your password. Please follow the instructions provided in the email to successfully reset your password.
